Microsoft365 User Administration. Backup administration and testing.

Technical work involved

Provide telephone and email support for internal users. Starters / Movers / Leavers Process. Ensure that all problems are accurately logged within Helpdesk system, resolved promptly and efficiently or escalated where appropriate.

Technical skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
