IT Support Technician focuses on as an it support technician you will be responsible for dealing with 1st line support to resolve issues on desktop & servers primarily in the education sector.

What the role involves

  • As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for dealing with 1st line support to resolve issues on Desktop & Servers primarily in the education sector.
  • Be assisting to solve issues on a help desk within the main office, offering telephone, email and also face to face support.
  • Build reputable relationships with schools and clients, mainly using Windows 2012/2016.

Skills and requirements

  • To be considered for this position you must have previous experience and knowledge in using the following.
  • Please be prepared to discuss previous knowledge and experience of these areas at interview.
  • You must have a great knowledge and passion for technology keeping up to date with all new systems ensuring you have the best available knowledge for the job.
  • Be friendly but professional in your approach and be confident to build strong relationships with clients.
