IT Support Technician focuses on as an it support technician you will be responsible for dealing with 1st line support to resolve issues on desktop & servers primarily in the education sector.
What the role involves
- As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for dealing with 1st line support to resolve issues on Desktop & Servers primarily in the education sector.
- Be assisting to solve issues on a help desk within the main office, offering telephone, email and also face to face support.
- Build reputable relationships with schools and clients, mainly using Windows 2012/2016.

- To be considered for this position you must have previous experience and knowledge in using the following.

- You must have a great knowledge and passion for technology keeping up to date with all new systems ensuring you have the best available knowledge for the job.

Confirmed role details
- Circa £22,000 – £28,000 Depending on Experience.
