This IT Support Technician role in Kent is focused on offering in-house support to more complex IT / Network / VOIP issues. It would suit someone who can bring technical problem-solving, documentation, and careful delivery to the role.

I am working with client near Swanley in Kent / Greater London who are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician / Technical Support for th. As a Support Desk Technician you will be responsible for: Answering incoming helpdesk enquiries, and providing assistance to the 1st Line Support team to resolve customer issues.
What you would be doing
Offering in-house support to more complex IT / Network / VOIP issues. Be hands on with all server and desktop products, as well as a variety of networking and other components I.E Routers, Printers and bespoke applications. Server Configuration and monitoring.

What you need
- As a Support Desk Technician you will be friendly and have great customer service skills with experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft Office 2010 through to 2019 & Office 365 Administration.

- This Support Desk Technician .5k (22k basic / 3.5k car allowance).
- To support all users via remote technologies.
