Within the Ops Tech IT (OTS) team, we offer constant tech support to Amazon’s global operations. Our team operates around the clock, making sure we can offer support or carry out important maintenance with minimal business interruption.
How support shows up
Supporting local users by installing, supporting and fixing issues on the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications. Implement projects and deliver innovations together with other IT Service colleagues. Have the chance to suggest ways that we can improve our systems and collaborate with others to upgrade the service we give to internal customers wherever possible.

What needs to be in place
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
