IT Systems Support focuses on provide on‑site it support, maintenance and fault diagnosis for operational systems, including wms, wcs, tms, automation technology and general desktop environments.

What the role involves

• Provide on‑site IT support, maintenance and fault diagnosis for operational systems, including WMS, WCS, TMS, automation technology and general desktop environments.
• Supporting new business requirements and project activity, from system installations and testing to deployment, release planning and documentation.
• Managing hardware procurement, repairs and configuration while ensuring IT equipment, infrastructure and systems remain compliant, secure and fully operational.
• Maintain high‑quality IT documentation in line with governance and regulatory standards.
• Delivering user training, create test scripts.
• Travel as needed to our Banbury site to provide hands‑on IT support, ensuring seamless system performance and operational continuity across both locations.
