What the role involves
- Provide on‑site IT support, maintenance and fault diagnosis for operational systems, including WMS, WCS, TMS, automation technology and general desktop environments.
- Supporting new business requirements and project activity, from system installations and testing to deployment, release planning and documentation.
- Managing hardware procurement, repairs and configuration while ensuring IT equipment, infrastructure and systems remain compliant, secure and fully operational.
- Maintain high‑quality IT documentation in line with governance and regulatory standards.
- Delivering user training, create test scripts.
- Travel as needed to our Banbury site to provide hands‑on IT support, ensuring seamless system performance and operational continuity across both locations.
