  • Managing the Helpdesk queue and respond to tickets in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining network, infrastructure & operating system patching across the estate.
  • Ensure all infrastructure devices are operational, patched and secure.
  • Assisting with upgrades and configurational changes.
  • Maintain software updates and patches for internal systems and users.
  • Daily Checks of systems to ensure operational status.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
