What the role involves
- Managing the Helpdesk queue and respond to tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintaining network, infrastructure & operating system patching across the estate.
- Ensure all infrastructure devices are operational, patched and secure.
- Assisting with upgrades and configurational changes.
- Maintain software updates and patches for internal systems and users.
- Daily Checks of systems to ensure operational status.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
