What the role involves

• Help maintain a secure, modern, and efficient digital work environment.
• In this role, you will manage endpoints, software, and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows/mobile devices.
• Ensure our systems run smoothly to boost employee productivity.
• Provide technical support, work on local and global IT projects.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with M365: Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and security components.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), network protocols, security principles and patching. Experience in using IT support service management and help desk systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
