• A forward-thinking primary academy in Acton is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join their leadership team from January 20.
• Lead the school’s provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities while ensuring that safeguarding remains a central priority across the school community.
• Manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and interventions for all learners.
• Overseeing the safeguarding strategy as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining robust policies and procedures.
• Support staff, and external agencies to ensure pupils’ academic and emotional needs are fully met.
• Coordinating EHCP processes, assessments, and reviews in collaboration with families and the local authority.
