Junior Financial Analyst

The Junior Financial Analyst position in Loughborough, England centres on providing financial analysis support to the service and project areas of TSG UK and analytical support for new business initiatives. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where the work sits

Support month-end processes, including data gathering, reconciliations, and reporting. Work alongside the Senior Business Controller to support analysis of labour efficiency and operational performance.

How the role works day to day

Provide financial analysis support to the service and project areas of TSG UK and analytical support for new business initiatives. Use Excel and internal software to analyse data and produce clear, meaningful reports. Responsible for the review and upload of sales invoices into accounting software from Operation systems.

Practical details

• This is a permanent staff position, based at our Longforgan site outside of Dundee.
• The successful candidate in this role will have opportunities to progress into more senior finance roles, such as Senior Business Analyst and, in time, Finance Manager.
• Depending on performance and aptitude, there may also be scope to develop along the management accounting pathway.
