Carry out all set tasks to the standards set by the business, Freeholder, Property Director and line manager. Delivering exceptional customer service to all residents. To respond effectively to all reactive tasks and engineering requests from Facilities Management and Maintenance Team.

- 40 per week, 08.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday (+ Occasional weekend cover).
- 12 Month fixed term contract.
- Work model: On-site.
