• Customers turn to Gopuff to provide their everyday essentials - day and night, rain or shine.
• Pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers.

Skills and requirements

• Directly reporting to a Site Leader, JOS' play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
• Delivery Partners: Support with managing the Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience.
• You have experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.

Confirmed role details

• Leading: showing the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and being responsible for the management of Staff on shift. Training new team members and being confident on p.
• Health and Safety: Supporting Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.
• Holiday & Sick Pay.
• Weekly pay cycle (Get paid weekly!).

Candidate fit

• Clean, organised and aligned with Operating Standards.

Additional role context

• Issue resolution: Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
