The Junior Payroll Coordinator position centres on assisting with quarterly process audits between Payroll and Workday. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing
Assisting with quarterly process audits between Payroll and Workday. Liaise between payroll services, internal teams, service providers and regulatory entities to ensure system interface and reporting requirements deadlines are met without delay. Ensure the timely preparation, reporting and payment of all statutory requirements to various government agencies in EMEA, payroll taxes, social security, pensions etc.

What you need
- Minimum of 2 years working in EMEA Payroll would be advantageous.
- Experience working with Local Payroll service providers in the EMEA region.
- Must be an effective communicator and have excellent organizational skills.
Practical information
- Reconciliation and liaison with HR/Benefits for pensions and other benefit control accounts, accrued vacation etc.
- Integral part of the commission/bonus process to facilitate accurate data reporting and timely payment.
- Work model: Remote.
- Additional detail: Pension support may be included.
