Junior Sous Chef

The Night position in Sous Chef centres on supporting in managing, motivating and developing the kitchen team, including Commis Chefs and apprentices. It would suit someone who can bring assisting in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency to the role.

Supporting in managing, motivating and developing the kitchen team, including Commis Chefs and apprentices. Support the Head Chef in leading the brigade, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations.

What needs to be in place

• As a key member of our Kitchen team, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist with rotas, deliveries and invoice processes where required.
• Understanding things from our guests’ perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first-hand.
