This Chef de Partie opportunity is built around working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs, you will help drive standards, support menu development, and lead by example across prep and service. It would suit someone who can bring calm and organised in a fast-paced setting to the role.

What you would be doing
Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs, you will help drive standards, support menu development, and lead by example across prep and service. Preparing and deliver dishes to an award-winning standard across multiple services. Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs in overseeing daily kitchen operations.

What you need
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie in a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Guide standard environment.
- This exceptional 4 Red Star boutique hotel is set within 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and offers a dining experience that reflects the best of modern British cuisine.
- Training & development opportunities (internal, external, and online).
Practical information
- Take responsibility for sections during service and lead junior chefs when required.
- Staff & family rates on stays, food, and beverages.
- £3,500 tips/service charge annually.
- Full-time | Permanent | 48 hours per week.
