How the role is set up
An established and growing family owned business are seeking a success-hungry key account manager to join their team. Will be split between travelling nationally to meet customers and office based sales activities.
Where someone would start
Managing and developing existing customer relationships. Owning margin management and on‑site product testing. Acting as an Ambassador for the business and trusted customer contact.

Strong professional approach. Confident, organised and relationship‑focused.
What is expected
- Proven sales experience in technical products (paints, coatings, adhesives, lubricants, inks, packaging, etc.).
- Formal sales training (KAM training preferred).
- Happy working hands‑on in factory environments.

- Salary £40,0000-£45,000 plus Car (or allowance) and Uncapped Bonus.
