• Monitoring daily deliveries, confirm successful completion, and take immediate corrective action where needed.
• Supporting Account Directors in managing and strengthening customer relationships.
• Partner with Merchandise Planners to support their day‑to‑day activities.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.

Skills and requirements

• Complete essential reporting, profiling, and CRM administration accurately and on time.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP (advantageous).
