What the role involves
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum (KS2).
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Monitor pupil progress, contributing to reporting and planning.
- Preparing pupils for statutory assessments where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, the SENCO, and senior leadership.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
