This Kitchen Porter opportunity with Award Winning The Fish Hotel is built around 30 days holiday (rising to 35 after 5 years). It would suit someone who can bring working in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you’ll be part of a friendly, organised and supportive brigade, playing a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently to the role.

Good attention to cleanliness and organisation. Supporting the kitchen team with pot wash and general cleaning duties.
How support shows up

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the award-winning kitchen team at The Fish Hotel — one of Farncombe Estate’s most distinctive countryside hotels.
What needs to be in place
- Supporting the smooth running of service during busy periods.
- Working closely with chefs and front-of-house teams.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.
Job details
- Plus service charge (£2,000–£2,500 per year).
- 🚗 Due to our rural location, you’ll need your own transport (WR12 7LJ).
