How the role works day to day

Safety & Standards: Ensure all basic COSHH, food hygiene, personal hygiene, and health & safety regulations are always adhered to. Support with the completion of daily kitchen docu. FOH Cafe Support: Jump in to support the Front of House team during busy cafe service. You'll proactively clear plates, wipe down and turn tables with speed and efficiency, and ens. In-Class Support: Help the Teaching Chefs set up and clean down their classes swiftly , and support the teaching team with the preparation of ingredients and equipment. Don't wait.
