As a KS1 Teacher, the work centres on plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. It would suit someone who can bring demonstrates strong classroom management and inclusive teaching practice to the role.
Role overview
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS1, adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs, and contribute to the school’s excellent standards. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Main responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. Assess, track and support pupil progress, including providing targeted support for pupils with SEN. Work closely with parents, colleagues and external professionals to support every child’s development.

Demonstrates strong classroom management and inclusive teaching practice. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Requirements
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
- Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
