- Providing 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional learning needs.
- Supporting the child to access classroom learning and activities.
- Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and structured learning tasks.
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support the child’s development.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
