Role overview

KS2 Teaching Assistant – Rugby (Rural Primary School). Duration: 1 day per week (Thursday) initially / Increasing to 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) from May 2026 until the end of the academic year.

Providing classroom and small-group support. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience working across Key Stage 2.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
