Job description
As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting their learning. It would suit someone who can bring adaptable to working with children with vulnerable backgrounds to the role.
Role overview
Have a calming presence and be able to engage well with the pupils (EYFS to Year 6). Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Main responsibilities
Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting their learning. Watch, record and report the progress students make. Be dedicated to ensure that all children achieve their very best.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
- An individual with good knowledge of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Previous experience in a UK school is advantageous.
Job details
- We are mostly seeking Teaching Assistants who are looking for part-time, day-to-day supply roles within schools and are looking for more of a flexible working lifestyle.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
