Job description

This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. It would suit someone who can bring play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment and helping pupils reach their full potential to the role.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

How support shows up

Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. Supporting pupils with additional needs where required. Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.

What needs to be in place

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
