  • Extensive experience in habitat restoration and nature recovery programmes, working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Credible and influential with farmers, with strong knowledge of farming systems, business viability, and grant funding opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the UK conservation landscape, agricultural policy, and evolving funding mechanisms.
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust, navigates competing interests, and inspires action across diverse groups.

  • This role is funded by Bournville Village Trust and will have an initial focus on their land holding, which sits within the 8 Hills area.
  • Work within our internal NT Restore Nature Specialist Delivery Team, working with a variety of regional colleagues and property teams to achieve the project goals.
