Why this role may suit you

We are ideally looking for candidates with no more than 2 week notice period as this role is to start immediately. The Public Inquires Inquests and Public Law Team at TLT has a wide breadth of experience on all aspects of inquiry work.

Legal work involved

Supporting files, clients, documentation, case progression, research, or legal administration according to the role.

Legal skills and experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered).
• At least 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills and project management skills with experience of managing large scale disclosure exercises and/or working on large scale projects in commercial litigation.

Practical information

• We are currently seeking experienced professionals at Senior Associate level to join our dynamic Public Inquiries, Inquests and Public Law (PIIPL) team on a 6 month contract.
• Remuneration: Competitive day rate via an Umbrella Company.
• As a key addition to our growing team, you will have a fee-earning role, which is likely to include the following.
• Acting as a supporting Solicitor to statutory and non-statutory inquiries.
