LCV Technician focuses on perform major and minor repairs to light commercial vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles.

What the role involves

• Perform major and minor repairs to light commercial vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance (e.g. oil changes, tyre rotations).
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop, ensuring safety standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose faults.
• Plan effective repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of all vehicles serviced or repaired.

Skills and requirements

• We are seeking an experienced and qualified Van Technician to join a highly reputable commercial vehicle dealership in the Carlisle area.
• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI in LCV Vehicle Repair & Maintenance.
• Repair experience required.
• Experience: Diagnostic, service.
