LCV Technician / Mechanic Apprenticeship focuses on servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles.

What the role involves

  • Servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles.
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults.
  • Supporting Lead Technicians with complex repairs.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment.
  • Attending college 5 times per year (Derby or Motherwell) – travel and accommodation provided.

Skills and requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9) or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a security check (criminality and financial background).
  • Take the first step toward a rewarding career in vehicle maintenance.
