Lead Business Analyst focuses on leading business analysis activity across multiple initiatives within a delivery squad.

What the role involves

• Leading business analysis activity across multiple initiatives within a Delivery Squad.
• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure full traceability from business outcomes through to design, testing and implementation.
• Develop Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, driving high standards and performance.
• Driving high-quality process and impact analysis across business and technology change.
• Deep understanding of process modelling, business architecture and systems analysis.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working across business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end change.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall).
