The Lead Change and Release Manager position centres on controlling change/releases into the new live environment, ensuring that potential impacts are understood, communicated and service outages are minimised. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team are working closely with a Civil Service organisation that supports people in managing their money. Understanding of the Business Drivers of change and the business impact of change in a multi-supplier IT estate.
Main responsibilities
Controlling change/releases into the new live environment, ensuring that potential impacts are understood, communicated and service outages are minimised. Taking ownership of the Emergency Change Processes – working effectively with the incident management team to mitigate any issues. Co-ordinating with stakeholders across the supplier ecosystem, both internal and external.

Requirements
- Experience working in enterprise scale transition teams all working to ITIL standards.
- Experience establishing change processes following ITIL frameworks.
- Have strong experience of delivering change within a multi-supplier outsourced model, creating associated change management documentation.
Job details
- Lead Change & Release Manager - £56,500 – Hybrid (London, Durham, Lytham or Glasgow) - 23 Month FTC.
- We recruit temporary, contract and permanent hires for 1 off specialist needs or for volume campaigns.
- Pension scheme up to 27.9%.
- Employment type: Full-time.
