Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team are working closely with a Civil Service organisation that supports people in managing their money. Understanding of the Business Drivers of change and the business impact of change in a multi-supplier IT estate.

Main responsibilities

Controlling change/releases into the new live environment, ensuring that potential impacts are understood, communicated and service outages are minimised. Taking ownership of the Emergency Change Processes – working effectively with the incident management team to mitigate any issues. Co-ordinating with stakeholders across the supplier ecosystem, both internal and external.

Requirements

• Experience working in enterprise scale transition teams all working to ITIL standards.
• Experience establishing change processes following ITIL frameworks.
• Have strong experience of delivering change within a multi-supplier outsourced model, creating associated change management documentation.

Job details

• Lead Change & Release Manager - £56,500 – Hybrid (London, Durham, Lytham or Glasgow) - 23 Month FTC.
• We recruit temporary, contract and permanent hires for 1 off specialist needs or for volume campaigns.
• Pension scheme up to 27.9%.
• Employment type: Full-time.
