Lead Contractor Design Approval Engineer focuses on technical delivery of infrastructure to support major energy projects.
What the role involves
- Technical delivery of infrastructure to support major Energy projects.
- Maintaining strategic relationships with clients such as National Grid, DNOs, and major developers.
- Leading major bids, negotiate commercial terms, and secure strategic frameworks.
- Contributing to managing, training and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience undertaking the LCDAE role (UKBP/TP137) and/or UKBP/TP141 authorisation.
- Preferably registered on the Technical Assurance Master Authorisation Records Database.
