What the role involves

• Driving a positive safety culture through coaching.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with Client and off-site legislative bodies.
• Provide reports as required concerning key metrics such as safety statistics, environmental performance and incident reporting.
• Assisting operational teams in reviewing sub-contractors risk assessments.
• Method statements to ensure they are adequate.

Skills and requirements

• 5-7 years' experience as a Lead Health and Safety Advisor in the construction.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
