- Leading the design, development, and ownership of low-voltage electrical systems across our EV and ICE vehicle programmes.

- Maintain documentation, define best practice, and hold the line on quality.
- Clear communicator - able to present design decisions, raise risks early, and contribute to structured engineering reviews.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrable experience in automotive or vehicle electrical system design.
- Harness design experience including connector and terminal selection, wire sizing, routing for a real vehicle environment.
- Working knowledge of HV electrical systems in EVs - battery pack integration, HV distribution, contactors, pre-charge, isolation monitoring.
- Experience in low-to-medium volume or prototype vehicle programmes, where robust individual ownership of design quality is essential.
Confirmed role details
- One day per week remote working offered, subject to programme needs.
