- Lead with a great approach to assessment of progress.
- Ensure literacy interventions are co-ordinated, delivered and tracked.
- Develop English as a specialist and successful dimension of the curriculum.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to support the overall well-being and academic progress of each student.
Skills and requirements
- Full UK Driving License and access to own transport is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching English.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of pupils with SEN, SLD/PMLD and ASD.
- Understanding of safeguarding.
