What the role involves
- As the successful candidate, you will lead the development of the planning function.
- Deliver exceptional heritage and conservation advice across London.
- Ensure compliance with conservation policies and legislation.
- Lead on heritage and conservation planning matters for a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Provide expert guidance on listed buildings, conservation areas, and heritage assets, and collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to secure planning consents.
Skills and requirements
- Be RTPI qualified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and best practice.
