Lead Power Electronics Engineer

Lead Power Electronics Engineer focuses on providing technical and managerial support to the engineering, project and psu cdt management teams.

What the role involves

• Providing technical and managerial support to the Engineering, Project and PSU CDT management teams.
• Review of System Requirements and partitioning into Power System Requirements. Sub-partitioning into SRI Requirements.
• Review of documentation such as outsource procurement specifications, statement of work, circuit & system simulations and associated white papers.
• Provide design and domain knowledge support to Projects, CDTs, Suppliers, Workshare Partners and Customers.
• Review of current and emerging energy storage materials and emerging energy conservation techniques.

Skills and requirements

• In order to be considered for this role you will have previous experience in the design, manufacture.

Additional role context

• Design and governance throughout the full life-cycle of all projects Onsite for matters pertaining to Power.
• Working closely with other CDTs and the Design for EMC Team to create earth & grounding diagrams, EMC plans.
• ACDC and or DCDC switched mode power supply design.
