Model exemplary classroom practice, support colleagues through coaching and professional development, and help drive consistently strong outcomes for all pupils.

Leading coaching, mentoring, and professional development activities for teaching staff. Use assessment and performance data to identify targeted support for pupils and staff. Maintaining public trust in the teaching profession.
