Lead/Principal Piping Engineer

Account Manager focuses on to advise the department manager of required personnel necessary to maintain the project plan for assigned project.

What the role involves

• To advise the Department Manager of required personnel necessary to maintain the project plan for assigned project.
• To monitor and control manhour budgets against the project plan.
• Review of vendor bids and documentation are for technical acceptability.
• To give any necessary technical assistance to other members of the design team.
• To ensure a level of supervision is maintained that encourages empowerment and provides a flexible, responsive approach to the design, procurement and construction of the plant.

Skills and requirements

• Plant Layout, Piping Design and Piping Engineering experience within an EPC/EPCm environment.
• Extensive Offshore experience.
• Commercial awareness within professional services environment.
• Knowledge of UK, European and ASME/ASTM international standards and practices.

Confirmed role details

• 12-month contract – Inside IR35.
• Design, E3D, PDMS, offshore.
• Lead, platform modification, brownfield, plant layout, EPC, ASME/ASTM.
