• We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Product Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced control systems.
• Leading the design and development of machine control systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, including concept development.
• Design, validation, production, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
• Define system architectures, technical requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in machine control system design (PLC, embedded systems, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and engineering processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering environments.
• Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
