Lead Property Health and Safety Manager focuses on free 24/7 virtual gp service, employee assistance programme (eap) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.
What the role involves
- Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with CDM and Building Safety Act requirements.
- Ensure all property safety measures align with CDM regulations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified hazards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members on CDM and Building Safety Act requirements.
- Facilitate & support a Property wide safety steering & governance process including issue of Property safety reports for UKHSC, Channels, etc.
Skills and requirements
- Safety diploma or degree level qualification.
- Experience of policy development/implementation and working with enforcement bodies.
- Safety or operational experience in Property.
Confirmed role details
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
- 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years’ service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully p.
- Spend 60% of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely.
