Lead quality and reliability engineer focuses on ensure that all incoming materials and finished goods meet the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.

What the role involves

• Ensure that all incoming materials and finished goods meet the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinating the daily activities of the Quality Engineering team.
• Provide coaching on root-cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and quality tools.
• Ensure rapid response to internal quality issues.
• Review and approve quality documentation, work instructions, and inspection standards.
• Ensure 8D investigations are completed to a high standard and corrective actions are effective and verified.

Skills and requirements

• A knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100.
• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with CAPA systems, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
• Comfortable working in a small team of nine where efficiency and a fast‑paced environment are essential.
