Lead Quality Engineer

Lead Quality Engineer focuses on leading and developing the onsite quality function.

What the role involves

• Leading and developing the Onsite Quality function.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the existing Quality team member.
• Process improvements, and implementation of new quality procedures.
• Managing documentation control and Preventive Action (PA) activities.
• Supporting both operational and inbound quality activities across the site.
• Working closely with Programmes, Operations, Stores, and technical teams.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

• 5+ years’ experience within Quality Engineering.
• Strong audit, compliance.
• Experience working within engineering or manufacturing environments.
