Partnering with senior team members (WL5) to influence and develop strategic direction for functional learning for both the what and the how from a Group perspective. What the role depends on

• Partnering with People Business Partners, Talent Partners and other teams to ensure end to end alignment to the overall colleague experience.
• Responsible for senior partner engagement and influencing, in particular building strategic positive relationships with a diverse group of international team members.
• Setting group wide capability strategies and gaining engagement, consensus and sign off for these.

Practical details

• Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
• Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
• 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years’ service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully p.
