Learning & Development Coordinator focuses on handling administration, records, scheduling, inboxes, documents, data entry, or office coordination according to the role.

What the role involves

  • Handling administration, records, scheduling, inboxes, documents, data entry, or office coordination according to the role.
  • Keeping systems and information accurate while supporting colleagues, customers, or managers.
  • Maintaining accurate data across L&D systems, including SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Produce reports and insights to support local and global L&D activity.
  • Coordinating workshops, programmes, and inductions (invites, resources, venues, comms).

Skills and requirements

  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (including Publisher).
  • Experience using LMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with LMS reporting and SCORM files.
