Learning & Development Coordinator focuses on handling administration, records, scheduling, inboxes, documents, data entry, or office coordination according to the role.
What the role involves
- Handling administration, records, scheduling, inboxes, documents, data entry, or office coordination according to the role.
- Keeping systems and information accurate while supporting colleagues, customers, or managers.
- Maintaining accurate data across L&D systems, including SuccessFactors LMS.
- Produce reports and insights to support local and global L&D activity.
- Coordinating workshops, programmes, and inductions (invites, resources, venues, comms).
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Advanced MS Office skills (including Publisher).
- Experience using LMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors).
- Experience with LMS reporting and SCORM files.
