- Maintaining accurate and professional digital care notes, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure positive outcomes.
Skills and requirements
- To be successful in this Learning Disability Support Worker role, you must have.
- At least 12 months’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- Experience promoting independent living skills such as routines and nutrition.
- Confidence using digital care planning systems for accurate record keeping.
