Learning Disability Support Worker
Job description
The Support Worker position centres on delivering high-quality care in line with support plans and organisational policy (including personal care, physical and mental support, medication, activities and engagement). It would suit someone who can bring calm, dependable, and steady in a child-focused residential setting to the role.
How the role is set up
Job Role: Learning Disability Support Worker Service: MG4 Community Support. We fund qualifications, with a £150 bonus on completion of Level 2 or above, plus £50 for completing the Care Certificate.

Delivering high-quality care in line with support plans and organisational policy (including personal care, physical and mental support, medication, activities and engagement). Respect confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and ISO27001. Promote high levels of satisfaction among people we support, families, colleagues and commissioners.

Job details
- Welcome Bonus: £250 total - £50 after 4 weeks and £200 after 2 months (not applicable if sponsorship is provided).
