• Support lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
• Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.

Skills and requirements

• Experience supporting learners with SEND, autism, or communication challenges.
• Commitment to a full-time, term-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30).
• Open to candidates with backgrounds in SEN, youth work, social care, psychology, criminology, or support work.

Confirmed role details

• SEN School (Post-16, Autism & Complex Communication).
• Leeds (easily commutable from Wakefield, Bradford BD2, Dewsbury & surrounding areas).
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.
• Make a Real Difference for Post-16 Learners with Autism & Complex Needs.
