This Teaching Assistant opportunity is built around providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. It would suit someone who can bring be passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing to the role.
Role overview
The school supports children with a range of needs within a mainstream setting, ensuring all pupils can access learning while feeling safe, valued, and understood. A dedicated consultant will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
Main responsibilities
Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Work as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant supporting learning activities.
What helps someone succeed
Be passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing. Have worked in a primary school or similar setting. Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children (school, childcare, youth work, or care settings).
- Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or behavioural needs.
