The Learning Support Assistant position centres on permanent, full-time position within a supportive secondary school. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.

Working closely with students who have EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), helping to implement tailored support strategies.

  • Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the school on a full-time, permanent basis.
  • As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across the school, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Start Date: ASAP or September 2026.
