Teaching Assistant focuses on your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalised learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

- Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalised learning plan tailored to the student's needs.
- As a Learning Support Assistant you will provide one-to-one support to specific student's with learning needs, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assisting in the implementation of individualised education plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement.
- As a Learning Support Assistant you will monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
